Toni Giraudier was again stellar in the twines to help earn the win. Then the boys travelled to Hodgeville on Saturday night. With a very short bench, they pulled out a 7-3 win to serve notice they will not roll over so easily in the upcoming playoffs. The Rebs opened the first with a 3-1 lead before extending it to 6-2 in the second and then 7-3 at the final. Kyle Hall again paced the scoring column with a hattrick, Brother Bryce chipped in with a pair. Veterans Scott Anderson and Jarred Karst both notched singles. Bushy was very solid in the twines.

The Rebels have a remaining league game at home verses Gravelbourg next Friday night. The playoffs will get going soon after with the survivor series beginning. The Rebels will start in the next round by most likely playing against Gravelbourg again on the weekend of February 7 and 8, but watch for the official dates to be announced.
