Macaroni and Cheese recipe

Two and a half cups of raw macaroni (cook, drain and set aside). One quarter cup of margarine. One quarter cup of flour. One teaspoon of salt. One teaspoon of sugar. Two cups of milk. A half-pound of Velveeta cheese. Two thirds cup of sour cream.

Two thirds cup of sour cream.

One and a half cups of cottage cheese.

Buttered bread crumbs and paprika.

Mix the margarine, flour, salt, milk and Velveeta. Add the sour cream and cottage cheese. Mix all of the ingredients together with the cooked macaroni. Put everything into a buttered casserole dish, cover with two cups of grated cheddar cheese, top with buttered bread crumbs and paprika then bake at 350 F until bubbly (roughly 25-30 minutes).
