Cranberry Chicken

One half cup of flour. One half teaspoon of salt. One quarter teaspoon of pepper. Two tablespoons of cooking oil for frying (use more if needed). Two cups of cranberry sauce. One eighth teaspoon of Tabasco sauce. A half cup of chopped onion.

Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.

One half teaspoon of garlic powder (optional).

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag. Add chicken pieces and shake to coat evenly. Heat oil in a skillet and brown chicken pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients and place in a two-quart ovenproof casserole dish. Add the browned chicken to the sauce. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for an hour (or until tender). Turn the chicken frequently during baking.
